Creates a a map that lays out all the elements of the camp including the art project vehicles, the kitchen, and in the location of neighboring communities.

Create the theme camp vision using a consensus
process, create production team, schedule and budget.

designs and gets together materials for the group kitchen

Coordinates amongst all the meal team leaders.

Ensures that all community property is stored, loaded, moved, and returned.

Coordinates the community fundraiser.

Coordinates and returns sound system components and ensures  that they get there and back in good condition.

This is a Burning Man requirement:

Has a plan for enrolling everyone in the cleanup process before during and after.

Ensures that the camp is totally clean, at the end, either directly or by proxy.

Designing  lighting systems for both the art project and community areas with the camp, acquiring lighting systems and ensuring their transportation and safety.

Reserving a generator that has the adequate  power capacity.

A community party.

Create documentation and a message board for the camp

coordinating with the other communities (RTF, The Community, Vibrant,  ...)

A space for putting on costume and makeup

a shower system for 50 plus people

a central point to ensure that everyone gets a ride up there

this involves getting up their early and working out to the various sections of of the camp according to a map but the site layout people have done.  

group T-shirts for fun and for sale at the auction

a person who can coordinate 8 large groups and shopping expedition to Cosco

maintains a schedule of community activities this can include an the dj lineups in -- a.k.a "the cruise director"

Coordinates a day when everyone can come together and make costumes.
